Where can I purchase your products?

We sell exclusively via our sister online store, Peace General Store, which is very secure. We do not take phone or email orders.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Unused/unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us if item arrived damaged or intent to return ASAP. Full refund is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. If strap is unused and in original condition we can offer a full refund. We assess a 15% restocking fee if it shows any sign of wear. If you put a guitar strap on the endpins of a guitar it stretches the leather and we cannot resell the strap as new. We are a small company and will do our best to help in case of return. Thank you for your understanding!

Can you repair my Copperpeace product?

We are able to repair some items due to normal wear and tear. Please email us with your specific issue and details/photos. We assess each situation uniquely. It may be possible to even do a trade-in for Copperpeace credit if your item is not repairable.

Do you use genuine leather?

Yes we use 100% genuine full grain North American leather on most of our products. Durability is very important to us.  Copperpeace accessories stand the test of time.

Would you make a vegan strap?

We are currently exploring alternative non-leather materials to use on Copperpeace products in the future, and excited about the prospect of things like woven mycelium leather. It will take time to test out the long-term durability of these textiles and we want to feel confident in these new materials having similar longevity to the leather that we have used in our designs for 16+ years now.

Will this strap fit me? Is it long enough or short enough?

We recommend measuring your current strap and making sure the measurement falls within our specified adjustability range. For taller musicians (6 feet +) who play their instrument low, we recommend our slider straps over the tail adjustment style.

Do you make custom orders?

Right now we are not taking any custom commissions or requests. Occasionally we are able to do small letter initial embossing on select items; this can take an extra 3-4 weeks and is seasonally available. You can always email about custom initial embossing and we will try to accommodate if possible. There is an extra fee for this.

How do I setup a Copperpeace wholesale account?

Right now Copperpeace is exclusively selling direct via our online sister site Peace General Store as well as seasonally when stock is available via Etsy.

When will this item be back in stock?

The best way to make sure you’re notified when a style comes back in stock is to click the “Notify me when Available” button on a products page at Peace General Store. We are always working hard to keep your favorite styles in stock. There are some Copperpeace Limited Editions that will never be made again. There is a small secondary market for CP straps and accessories, so you may be able to buy one that way via Ebay or other resale marketplaces.

Do you still make bags, placemats or other accessories?

We are currently not manufacturing any bags. There is possibility that we will re-issue some of our designs (which were available from 2010-2018) including home accessories in the future. Please stay tuned. If you have a Copperpeace bag or accessory, it is still covered under our quality warranty and eligible for any repairs if needed.
